Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, flour, eggs, grated apple, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding butter or oil to prevent sticking.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the hot skillet, cooking until bubbles appear, then flip until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter, adding more fat to the pan if necessary. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Choose your favorite yogurt, whether plain or flavored. Substitute sugar with honey or maple syrup for a more natural option. For cooking, butter or olive oil works well.
