Description
A creamy delight that warms the heart, perfect for family gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 escalopes de bœuf
- 200 g de fromage reblochon
- 1 oignon, émincé
- 200 ml de crème fraîche
- 1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
- Huile d’olive
- Sel et poivre au goût
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the beef escalopes until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- Add the sliced onion to the same pan and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in crème fraîche and mustard, seasoning with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Add the escalopes back to the pan, coating them with the creamy sauce. Simmer briefly. Preheat oven to 180°C. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake for about 15 minutes until melted and golden.
Notes
For a lighter option, swap beef for chicken. You can also use different creamy cheeses like camembert.
