Ingredients

  • 2 escalopes de bœuf
  • 200 g de fromage reblochon
  • 1 oignon, émincé
  • 200 ml de crème fraîche
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
  • Huile d’olive
  • Sel et poivre au goût

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the beef escalopes until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the sliced onion to the same pan and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in crème fraîche and mustard, seasoning with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Add the escalopes back to the pan, coating them with the creamy sauce. Simmer briefly. Preheat oven to 180°C. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake for about 15 minutes until melted and golden.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap beef for chicken. You can also use different creamy cheeses like camembert.
