- 60 g of melted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- Vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Sift in the flour and gently fold it into the egg mixture, then add the melted butter and optional vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Ensure to grease and flour the pan well. Be gentle when mixing the flour to maintain the lightness of the sponge.
