Description

A delicious seasonal tart made with tender zucchini and creamy feta, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 courgettes
  • 200g de feta
  • 1 pâte brisée
  • 3 œufs
  • 200ml de crème fraîche
  • Sel
  • Poivre
  • Herbes de Provence

Instructions

  1. Préheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan and pierce the bottom with a fork.
  3. Wash the zucchinis and slice them thinly. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs with the crème fraîche. Add the crumbled feta, zucchinis, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence. Mix well until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the pastry, ensuring the vegetables are evenly distributed. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and set in the center.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before unmolding.

Notes

Choose firm, medium-sized zucchinis for the best texture. Feel free to customize with cherry tomatoes, olives, or spinach.
