- 2 courgettes
- 200g de feta
- 1 pâte brisée
- 3 œufs
- 200ml de crème fraîche
- Sel
- Poivre
- Herbes de Provence
Instructions
- Préheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan and pierce the bottom with a fork.
- Wash the zucchinis and slice them thinly. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs with the crème fraîche. Add the crumbled feta, zucchinis, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence. Mix well until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the pastry, ensuring the vegetables are evenly distributed. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and set in the center.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
Notes
Choose firm, medium-sized zucchinis for the best texture. Feel free to customize with cherry tomatoes, olives, or spinach.
