- 250g de mascarpone
- 100g de sucre
- 3 œufs
- 200g de biscuits à la cuillère
- 200ml de café fort
- 50g de chocolat noir
- 200g de cerises
- Cacao en poudre pour saupoudrer
Instructions
- In a large bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar until creamy and light. Gently fold in the mascarpone to create a smooth cream.
- In another bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Delicately fold them into the mascarpone mixture.
- Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and layer them in a baking dish. Spread a generous layer of mascarpone cream over the biscuits, followed by chopped cherries and dark chocolate shavings. Repeat the layering process and finish with a layer of mascarpone cream, dusting the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and achieve the perfect texture.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality mascarpone and ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing.
