Description

A creamy and comforting dessert combining the textures of tiramisu with rich chocolate and juicy cherries.


Ingredients

  • 250g de mascarpone
  • 100g de sucre
  • 3 œufs
  • 200g de biscuits à la cuillère
  • 200ml de café fort
  • 50g de chocolat noir
  • 200g de cerises
  • Cacao en poudre pour saupoudrer

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar until creamy and light. Gently fold in the mascarpone to create a smooth cream.
  2. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Delicately fold them into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and layer them in a baking dish. Spread a generous layer of mascarpone cream over the biscuits, followed by chopped cherries and dark chocolate shavings. Repeat the layering process and finish with a layer of mascarpone cream, dusting the top with cocoa powder.
  4. Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and achieve the perfect texture.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality mascarpone and ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing.
