Description

- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté garlic until golden.
- Add chili flakes and cooked spaghetti to the pan.
- Toss well and adjust salt to taste.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add anchovies when sautéing the garlic.
