Description

A quick and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.


Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté garlic until golden.
  3. Add chili flakes and cooked spaghetti to the pan.
  4. Toss well and adjust salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add anchovies when sautéing the garlic.
